Mancini's Sleep World We purchased a bed at Mancini's Sleep World, 968 El Camino Real, Sunnyval, CA (408) 245) 6251 in 1998, from Loren (sp?). He stated that they had a 90 day satisfaction guarantee, and that if we didn't like the bed, they'd let us exchange it for a different one (different brand/model/whatever).

The bed arrived, on time as promised.

We didn't particularly like it (not firm enough).

We called Loren, and told him we were unhappy. We discussed it, and decided to try the extra firm model.

The new bed arrived a few days later, and we like it. There was no hassle, no extra charge, no problems. A good experience!
